Payment is expected at the time of service at The Ridge Spine & Sport Centre. We offer many different payment methods. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfers (e-transfers: payments@ridgespinesport.com). Major credit cards we accept are VISA and Mastercard.
One of the questions we get asked frequently, “Will my insurance cover this?” Insurance coverage is individual and it’s up to you to know your coverage. We offer direct billing to many common insurance companies, however, if there are problems or stumbling blocks, the responsibility falls on you to get reimbursed for our services by your insurance company.
